For GRE (Front Office Executive):
- Welcome walk-in clients at the site office
- Maintain visitor records and assist the sales team
- Ensure smooth client experience from entry to handover
- Handle phone/email queries courteously and efficiently
For Sales Executive:
- Attend walk-in clients & follow up on leads
- Pitch real estate projects and convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with CRM, site, and documentation teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets with strong relationship-building skills
