Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Max 27 years as on 30/04/2025 (age relaxations applicable).
- Qualification: 10th + ITI Certificate (NTC) + NAC or 1-year relevant experience in manufacturing (as applicable).
Emoluments & Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹20,480/month + DA, HRA, PF, Medical & other benefits as per ECIL norms.
- Annual Increment: 3% of basic pay.
Reservation of Posts
Category-wise breakup: UR - 20, EWS - 4, OBC - 18, SC - 2, ST - 1. Reservation is applicable per Government guidelines.
Relaxation & Exemptions
- SC/ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years, PwD - 10 years, Ex-Servicemen - As per rules.
- Contract/Fixed-Term employees of ECIL - Up to 40 years (with valid experience certificate).
Method of Selection
- CBT (Computer-Based Test): 100 MCQs in 120 mins (English, Hindi, Telugu). 0.25 negative marking.
- Trade Test: Only shortlisted candidates (1:4 ratio) will be called for the trade test at Hyderabad.
- Final Merit: CBT (85%) + Trade Test (15%) with minimum 60% aggregate and 50% in each stage.

Document Verification Process
Before the Trade Test, candidates must present the following original documents along with self-attested copies:
- 10th Certificate (DOB proof)
- ITI & NAC Certificates
- Category Certificate (OBC/EWS/SC/ST/PwBD)
- Experience Certificates (if applicable)
- Application Form and Fee Receipt
- Govt. ID Proof (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
