About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader cum Highway Engineer to oversee the supervision of an ongoing 4-lane highway project in Uttar Pradesh. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the project adheres to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, in line with NHAI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, coordinating between the client, contractors, and internal teams.

Supervision and Quality Control: Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations.

Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth project execution.

Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Highway Engineering.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 18 years in highway engineering.

At least 5 years in a leadership role on highway projects.

Experience in supervising at least 3 Detailed Project Report (DPR) projects.

Valid Infracon ID is mandatory.
