Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Max 27 years as on 30/04/2025 (relaxations applicable).
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech with First Class or minimum 60% marks from AICTE-approved institutions.
- Final Year Candidates: Eligible if provisional/mark sheet is submitted at interview.
Emoluments & Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 + DA, HRA, PF, Medical, and Leave benefits.
- Absorption: GETs will be absorbed as Officers after 1-year training.
Bond Requirement
Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹4,00,000 to serve ECIL for 4 years.
Reservation of Posts
Category-wise breakup: UR - 38, EWS - 8, OBC - 22, SC - 10, ST - 2.
Relaxation & Exemptions
- SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (NCL): 3 years, PwD: 10 years
- Qualifying mark relaxed to 50% (Second Class) for SC/ST candidates (if posts available)
Selection Process
- CBT: 100 MCQs (engineering subjects), 120 mins, -0.25 negative marking. Medium: English & Hindi.
- Interview: Shortlisted (1:4 ratio) based on CBT scores. Held in Hyderabad.
- Final Merit: CBT (85%) + Interview (15%) with 60% minimum overall and 50% in each stage.
