Project Coordinator Job Opening – G R Infraprojects Ltd (Highway O&M Projects)

G R Infraprojects Ltd is looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Highway Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. This role is perfect for civil engineers who have a solid background in executing and maintaining highway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the O&M team to oversee and manage highway projects.
• Gather and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) from site teams.
• Report any field issues to the Manager – O&M.
• Prepare and manage Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Service Entry Sheets for subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of Substantial Completion Certificates.
• Manage and process insurance claims during the O&M phase.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Billing, Quantity Surveying, or Planning for highway infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills.
