Almondz is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Pavement Specialist for an awarded National Highway project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious project with a reputed infrastructure consultancy firm.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Educational Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university |
| Total Experience | Minimum 10 years in Pavement Design, Construction, or Maintenance of Highways / Roads / Airfield Runways |
| Relevant Project Experience | At least 5 years in construction or supervision of 2/4/6-laning of major highways |
| Project Exposure | Worked as Pavement/Geotechnical Engineer on at least 2 major highway projects (each of at least 40% of current project length) |
Preferential Qualifications
| Criteria | Advantage |
|---|---|
| Post-Graduation | Master’s Degree in Highway, Pavement, or Transportation Engineering |
| Technology Exposure | Experience in non-traditional or innovative pavement design projects |
| PPP Projects | Experience in PPP model projects of similar configuration |
